Hi , assume we have 3 user stories committed and 1 one uncommitted for a sprint, we should finish sprint in 2 weeks And give Demo to Product Owner . now all the user stories are broken into tasks and all the members chosen there tasks and started with implementation parallely. but after a week frm start we come to know that our product owner want to change the priority and want to complete the uncommitted user story first. it’s change, and we should change release date and everything. How you Manage the Changes in Agile ?
